Thus far, DW beats 2 handed in damage and runic power generation which also gives DW more survivability being able to use death strike more often. I’m really scratching my head why 2 handed frost was re-introduced if it falls being in every aspect of gameplay.

WebI believe both are viable, but for different things. 2h seems to have higher physical damage/obliterate damage. Dual wielding seems to have faster runic power generation which leads to more frost strike damage.
