WebJun 1, 2006 · Average E4OD cooler flow, in 3rd with TCC not applied, is 1.2 to 1.4 gpm and goes to 1.8 to 2.0 gpm at time of TCC command. It is almost the opposite of the 4R100. The 4R100 with modulated converter control drops during TCC apply and is greater before lockup (refer to chart). The E4OD does not have the external pressure bypass either. WebFeb 17, 2024 · The trans cooler fittings from a 4R100 take 3/8" lines and are a direct fit to an E4OD. You would need to either run the 4R100's bypass with them or buy aftermarket spacers to take the place of the bypass tube. You can use a set of Superduty 4R100 cooler lines and mod them to fit or bend up your own from scratch.
