The Texas-based company has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau, with dozens of complaints from frustrated renters about late or lost packages and little recourse. WebIn our building, paying for Fetch was mandatory regardless of whether or not you used them. So $15/mo for Fetch plus whatever the UPS box costs just to be able to receive packages reliably.
