WebAfter 3 weeks, reinstalling the game 3 times, googling every possible combination of FH4 not working, visiting a bunch of forums, trying a bunch of things I finally found a FIX for FH4 crashing after 30-60 seconds after launching it and made a video for anyone having the same problem. It may not be a permanent or easy fix but it works so fuck it.
