Web8 de mai. de 2024 · This account has full rights to the mailbox I was trying to open. I logged into a workstation as this account and opened Outlook as well and got the same result. When I grant rights to my non-administrative account to another mailbox I am able to open another user's mailbox in both Outlook and OWA without any problems. WebI double-checked the PS command I use to grant access to user mailboxes and don't find anything on-point (Add-MailboxPermission). My one idea is to disable the retention policy to stop messages from getting moved around, and maybe convert the mailboxes to Shared like they should have been, but I'd like to know if there's an answer to my specific issue …
