You can find more information about those exceptions on gov.uk. WebFor deep-sea containerised shipments only a Do Not Load (DNL) message (IE351) may be issued. This will be sent to the person submitting the declaration. Test environment. Our test environment will allow you to test your software. You will need to authenticate through the API platform. You may need to create an S&S GB test user to test the APIs.
