Tsar greataxe outward
WebTsar Halberd is nice if you use discipline and rage because Moonswipe gains stacking additional damage from both of those buffs. Especially good with shamanic resonance and wind imbue for the pure physical damage boost. I think the Tsar Greataxe is pretty clearly outclassed by the Worldedge Greataxe. 0.8 speed is very clunky.
